These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phmacoa platform, including all gaming services, account features, payment processing, bonus programmes, and related services operated by phmacoa at phmacoa.net. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phmacoa ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phmacoa.net ("Platform"). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must not impersonate any other person or use another person's identity, contact details, or payment credentials.
Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — may be closed by phmacoa without prior notice, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
phmacoa is required to verify the identity of its registered players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You agree to provide, upon request, a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (including but not limited to SSS UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, passport, or PhilSys National ID) to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the restriction of withdrawal capabilities and, ultimately, account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or operate your account, or use the credentials of another registered player to access the Platform.
You agree to notify phmacoa immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. phmacoa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your activity for the purposes of this Agreement, unless and until you report a security breach to phmacoa in accordance with the process described on the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number or other material account details must be communicated to phmacoa support promptly and may require additional verification.
phmacoa accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified.
Funds deposited to your phmacoa wallet are held for the purpose of game participation and are not considered a banking or investment product. Deposited funds do not earn interest. phmacoa does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment service providers (such as GCash or Maya) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their respective terms of service.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your phmacoa account are your own personal funds sourced from lawful activity. phmacoa is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine law. Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
You may submit a withdrawal request at any time for any amount up to your available withdrawable balance, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold published on the Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method linked to your account. phmacoa does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your verified legal name.
Standard withdrawals via GCash and Maya are processed within ten (10) minutes of approval during operational hours (08:00 – 22:00 PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. phmacoa does not guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment providers and is not liable for delays caused by those providers.
phmacoa reserves the right to conduct additional security verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or in circumstances where unusual account activity has been detected. Such verification may delay a withdrawal by up to 48 hours. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to a verification hold.
Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements (see Section 6) before they may be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request submitted prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds.
phmacoa offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
Where a deposit bonus is issued, the bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any funds attributable to the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.
phmacoa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time where it has reason to believe the offer is being abused, exploited through automated betting patterns, or used in contravention of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to receive duplicate welcome bonuses — will have their accounts suspended and any resulting balances forfeited.
Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. The VIP programme operates under its own schedule of benefits and tier requirements, which are published separately on the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Each game available on the phmacoa Platform operates according to specific game rules published within that game's interface or information panel. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of each game before participating. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
All virtual table game and slot outcomes on the phmacoa Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls conducted by professional dealers in a live studio environment. phmacoa does not influence game outcomes and is not liable for losses resulting from normal game variance.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnections, server errors, or software failures — that occurs during an active game round, the affected bet will be voided and any amount wagered on the affected round will be returned to your phmacoa wallet. phmacoa's decision on the resolution of technical malfunctions is final.
Bets placed and accepted on the Platform are final and binding once confirmed, except where a technical malfunction is established by phmacoa. You may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted and submitted to the game engine.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct in connection with your use of the phmacoa Platform:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the phmacoa Platform without the prior written consent of phmacoa. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phmacoa and its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacoa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your phmacoa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmacoa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phmacoa has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
phmacoa does not warrant that the Platform will operate free of interruption, error, or defect, or that any defect will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, security updates, or regulatory compliance without advance notice.

phmacoa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or regulatory direction from a competent authority.
You may close your phmacoa account at any time by contacting phmacoa support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
phmacoa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phmacoa does not sell your personal data to third parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with phmacoa support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phmacoa support and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for phmacoa to investigate and respond to your complaint. This pre-litigation notice requirement does not affect your right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent court.
phmacoa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via registered mobile number notification or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
